The Moroccan national team's World Cup roster for the upcoming 2022 competition now includes Hakim Ziyech.
The attacker's relationship with his nation has been sporadic since since a spat with the previous head coach Vahid Halihodzic caused him to miss the African Cup of Nations earlier this year. However, the manager has since been fired, and Walid Regragui has decided to include Ziyech in the plans once more.
Ziyech has only made eight appearances in all competitions this year, starting just twice, including Wednesday night's 2-0 Carabao Cup loss to Manchester City. He failed to have much of an impact on Graham and lost favor with Thomas Tuchel toward the conclusion of his time.
