Chelsea about to make their first signing

This time around, the transfer market for Chelsea was relatively quiet. This was brought on by the UK government's penalties against them and the lengthy new takeover. Even though Thomas Tuchel had complete authority over Chelsea's transfers in the past. They haven't signed anything yet, though. Chelsea's transfer window was nonexistent up until this point.

Raphinha, a winger for Leeds, will be the first player Chelsea ever signs. For the time being, Todd Boehly is personally in charge of transfers and is making no compromises for Raphinha. The Brazilian has been an essential component in Leeds' awful season.

Leeds and Raphinha have experienced different seasons. Raphinha, meanwhile, had a successful season, making a good impression on everyone and rising to prominence.
Raphinha and Barcelona had already met and reached a personal agreement. They are in debt, though, so they haven't yet submitted a formal offer. As Arteta wants to add a new forward to the team, Arsenal has also lately expressed interest in Raphinha. They are taking far too long to submit a bid, though.

IT'S A CHANCE
Chelsea has made a 65 million dollar offer for Raphinha because they sense an opportunity. Raphinha wants to terminate his contract after the remaining year. Even so, Leeds is making every effort to keep him on the team. Leeds' chances of keeping him on the team are little to none. He will be up for sale by Leeds to the highest bidder. a Chelsea.
