Sergio Reguilon told how to become Antonio Conte's star man at Tottenham by £54m PSG ace

Tottenham left-back Sergio Reguilon revealed he has sought advice from Paris Saint-Germain right-back Achraf Hakimi on how to thrive under Antonio Conte's management.

Hakimi became a star under Conte's Inter Milan regime, thriving as one of the Italian's wing-backs before earning a £54million move to France in the summer transfer window.

Last season saw the Nerazzurri win their first Serie A title in 11 years, putting an end to a Juventus reign that was started by Conte himself.

The Italian is known for his style that requires hard work from every member of his squad, both in training and on match-day, and Spurs is viewed by many as the biggest task taken on by him to date.

There was a victory over Vitesse Arnhem in Conte's first match in charge in the Europa Conference League before his first Premier League outing as Spurs manager ended in a 0-0 draw against Everton at Goodison Park.

In a bid to ensure he impresses his new boss straight away, Reguilon contacted Hakimi, a previous transfer target of Chelsea, who was more than happy to give the Spaniard some pointers after his time working with Conte at Inter.
