Chelsea co-owner is said to be unhappy with the ‘performances and structure of the squad’ at the Blues amid the sacking of Thomas Tuchel and hiring of Graham Potter, according to reports.

Boehly took over at the west London team earlier this year, working with Clearlake Capital, and has since implemented a number of adjustments.

This summer, Chelsea spent more than £250 million on new players, as the club's new ownership wanted to establish a strong first impression.
Boehly will be prepared to make additional adjustments after a rocky start to the season on the field.

The American businessman is reportedly dissatisfied with the "performances and structure of the squad," according to The Times.

As a result of his conversations with Luis Campos, who is currently the sporting director at Paris Saint-Germain, he is also rumored to be interested in recruiting a sporting director.
After 19 months, Chelsea fired Tuchel on Wednesday.
The news came the day after their 1-0 loss to Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League, their third loss of the season so far.

Potter was soon brought in as his replacement, with the 47-year-old being a frontrunner for the role from the start alongside Mauricio Pochettino.

He joins the Blues after a highly impressive spell at the helm at Brighton, who currently sit fourth in the Premier League.

Upon Potter’s arrival, Boehly said: "We are thrilled to bring Graham to Chelsea. He is a proven coach and an innovator in the Premier League who fits our vision for the Club.
"Not only is he extremely talented on the pitch, he has skills and capabilities that extend beyond the pitch which will make Chelsea a more successful Club.
