Todd Boehly disagrees with Frank Lampard and John Terry on next Chelsea captain decision

Todd Boehly seems to disagree with Frank Lampard and John Terry regarding the Chelsea captain's replacement for Cesar Azpilicueta. With his contract set to expire at the end of the upcoming season, the 33-year-future old's at Stamford Bridge is becoming more and more hazy.

When Malo Gusto returns from Lyon in the summer, Azpilicueta, who is in the final 18 months of his contract, is expected to fall to Graham Potter's third-choice right back. The 19-year-old joined the French team on loan after joining the Blues in a deal worth roughly £26 million plus add-ons last month.

He will likely fill in for Reece James, whose numerous injuries have left Chelsea's defense vulnerable this year. Moreover, the England international may even set to inherit the captain's armband from Azpilicueta - a decision which Lampard and Terry have already given their verdict on.
