Chelsea want to sign 27-year-old that's as good as De Bruyne, may offer academy graduate in swap deal

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic of Lazio is apparently a target for Chelsea, and as a result, they are preparing a player-plus-cash deal.

Talented player Milinkovic-Savic, 27, is a member of a capable Serbia team expecting to succeed at the World Cup in Qatar.

He's a box-to-box midfielder who, given his continued success at club level, should enter the World Cup in good spirits.

This season, Lazio's talisman has made 20 appearances in all competitions, totaling five goals and seven assists.

Ciro Immobile, a teammate, even asserted that he is "on the same level" as Kevin de Bruyne of Manchester City.

According to CMW, Chelsea and Juventus are two potential buyers for Lazio’s creative midfielder.

The report says the Blues may even be willing to offer “substantial cash” plus Ruben Loftus-Cheek in an attempt to bring Milinkovic-Savic to Stamford Bridge.
