Spanish International tells Chelsea he wants three-year transfer completed!




Marcos Alonso, who has been linked with a move to Barcelona, has repeated his intention to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.

Alonso has been a key member of Chelsea's starting eleven in recent months, and has done a good job filling in for the injured Ben Chilwell at left-back.

However – he could not agree a new contract with Chelsea and that allowed Barcelona to swoop in – make contact – and try to convince him to leave London over the transfer window

Reports have claimed that The left-back has already agreed personal terms with the LaLiga giants, and it’s now up to the club to agree a fee with Chelsea. who are open to the idea of letting him leave if they can find an adequate replacement.

Alonso, 31, has scored 29 goals and provided 23 assists in 212 appearances for the Blues – and Fabrizio Romano has told the fans that the Spaniard does indeed want to leave the club this transfer window. 

"Marcos Alonso has announced his intention to leave Chelsea this summer," Romano tweeted. Barcelona and Marcos have already reached an agreement on personal terms.


"Barça is awaiting the final price tag, while Azpilicueta still has a two-year term with Barcelona available."

The Spaniard recently spoke out regarding his future at Stamford Bridge, saying to Onda Cero when asked about a summer move to La Liga, "Not at the present." I have one more year of contract on paper, and that is what I have until today.


"I have stated previously that I would like to, but it is not totally up to me."


"It's only two games left and then it's time to rest."

"I've played 50 games, we've been world champions, we've been unlucky in cup finals," Alonso said, adding that he is content with his Chelseafc career achievements but has a burning desire to pack his bags and return to Spanish football.
