According to journalist Liam Twomey, Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech has a tense relationship with manager Thomas Tuchel, and the Moroccan is anticipated to be sold if a team makes a fair offer.
The Athletic's Chelsea writer believes the 29-year-old has no future at Stamford Bridge, and that a move this summer would benefit "all parties":
Supporters on Twitter are not exactly surprised about Ziyech’s situation, considering the Blues’ interest in Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele, but some would be disappointed to see him go:
While Ziyech did start 27 games in all competitions last campaign, he hasn’t been able to nail down a place in the first eleven. The Moroccan international is usually the first to be rotated out of the team, and it’s clear that Tuchel doesn’t completely trust him.
If Dembele does join on a free transfer, it would reduce Ziyech‘s game time even further so it’s likely that he will be moved on, either on loan or on a permanent basis.
