Chelsea owner Todd Boehly makes a last-ditch phone call to sign Raphinha

According to reports, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly personally called Leeds United to discuss the signing of winger Raphinha. Arsenal, Tottenham, and Barcelona are also interested in signing the Brazilian.
