Romelu Lukaku makes Chelsea fitness admission ahead of potential Leicester City return

Chelsea's club record signing Romelu Lukaku could be set to return for the Premier League encounter against Leicester City after the international break if his latest fitness admission is anything to go by.

Lukaku Lukaku, 28, has been out since suffering an ankle injury in the 4-0 triumph against Malmo in the Champions League at Stamford Bridge in the latter stages of October.

In all fairness, Kai Havertz has filled in relatively well in the Belgian and Timo Werner's absence as the versatile forward has contributed valuable goal contributions since the duo's injuries were sustained respectively.

His goals against the Swedish champions in that aforementioned game coupled with the Burnley header and the Newcastle assist showcases just how well the £70million man has done in the face of adversity but there is no doubt that the former Man United striker is needed back immediately.

In the build-up to that specific contest against the most recent FA Cup winners, Lukaku has made an interesting admission on his social media followed by a two-word verdict that will certainly hype up the west London faithful.

Tuchel himself was coy on the issue at hand when asked and probed for a possible return date for the player known to many as the next coming of  Didier Drogba.
