Chelsea fans say the same thing about the 'favour' done for them in Liverpool's loss to West Ham

Chelsea supporters are delighted that Kurt Zouma has done them a "favour" by scoring West Ham United's third goal in their 3-2 win over Liverpool on Sunday evening.

The Hammers went 1-0 up very early on after Reds goalkeeper Alisson turned the ball into his own net while being under pressure from a corner.

However, the visitors levelled the match at the London Stadium before the half-time break through Trent Alexander-Arnold but there was more to come from West Ham in the second period.

Pablo Fornals made it 2-1 after beating Alisson on the counter-attack before Zouma headed in the Irons' third, which compelled Liverpool to their first Premier League defeat of the season.

Zouma's header turned out to be the decisive goal for West Ham as Divock Origi got one back for the Reds with less than 10 minutes remaining.

Chelsea remain top of the table, as they would have done regardless of the result, but it means their 1-1 draw with Burnley on Saturday sees them gain a point on Liverpool.
