In EA Sports' final iconic release of the video game, Pride of London examines Chelsea's three most correct and inaccurate FIFA 23 ratings.
When the FIFA Football name finally ends in 2023, it will be a little saddening because it will no longer be how it has been known and enjoyed for almost 30 years. For upcoming installments, the new version will be known as EA Sports FC, which is not, in my opinion, a terribly creative labeling option.
However, there really is not much cause for concern if the primary change just affects branding and all other aspects of the game—including modes, leagues, tournaments, clubs, and athletes—remain mostly same. Furthermore, according to EA, "Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Pro Clubs, and VOLTA Football will all be there." The gameplay experience with the newer engine has been good.
Having said that, there are aspects which need work. Let’s hope efforts were made to rectify the experience.
As someone who has been enjoying the franchise since, I believe, FIFA World Cup 98, I feel honoured and qualified to report on CFC’s fresh scores. Although, you may be upset to hear that I haven’t managed to retain my Nintendo 64. Wow, this really makes me feel old!
