West Ham ready to move for Chelsea striker Armando Broja

After sealing the signing of Nayef Aguerd on Monday, West Ham are set to go for Chelsea striker Armando Broja in the coming days, according to 90min.

Broja spent last season on loan at Southampton, where he was mainly impressive despite only netting six goals in 32 Premier League appearances and nine in all competitions.

West Ham's only recognized centre forward is Michail Antonio, and it's evident that manager David Moyes wants to bolster his alternatives after a relatively small side finished seventh in the Premier League and advanced to the Europa League semi-finals.

Broja is one of Moyes' numerous objectives, according to 90min, and Chelsea, who have lately undergone a change in management, are interested.
Broja could command a fee in excess of £30m, despite playing just a single season of top flight English football, but West Ham have shown they have money to spend in the summer window, after bagging left-sided central defender Aguerd from Rennes for a similar figure.

The 26-year-arrival old's at London Stadium was revealed on Monday, with the Moroccan signing a five-year contract.

Broja, on the other hand, is attracting interest from a number of Premier League clubs, so West Ham may need to move swiftly if they want to avoid complications.

Everton, Wolves, and Leeds are among the clubs interested in Broja, who is 20 years old. However, the Hammers have an advantage over the trio since they can offer Europa Conference League football.
